The Place I Love

The place I love more than anything is my bedroom. This is the only place where I can truly be myself. I can dance, sing, do whatever, and no one can say anything 'cause it's my room.

The walls are a bluish-green, and there are two windows that have a white windowsill. My bed is to your right when you enter. Right now it has my Christmas sheets on (I waste no time), but usually it has blue, green, light green, and brown poka-dots on it, and the sheets are a light blue. If you sit on the bed, my bookcase is in arm reach to your right. The first three selves are all my books. The last one is my movies. They are both arranged in alphbetically order. On top of the shelf is the picture of me with my favorite actor and two books my favorite author signed when I met her. Hanging above that is my brother's drawing of my favorite actor, which he signed.

Above my bed is a poster that I got out of a newspaper of my favorite show 'The West Wing' the day it ended. Next to that is a picture of a dog sleeping and says "Mornings wouldn't be so bad if they started later" To the left of the poster is my Winnie the Pooh calander. To the left of my bed is my nightstand that has my alarm clock, candle, phone, and lamp.

Straight across from my bed is another bed, which usually has dolls and pillows on it. Still straight ahead from my bed, hanging on the wall, is a poster of one my favorite shows "The Office" Hanging above the headboard of that bed is a painting my best friend and I did over the summer. Between the two beds is my dresser, which is long and has a mirror. On the surface are picture frames that range from me holding my baby cousin for the first time to being with my favorite actor (I met him twice) to being with my best friend. All along the mirror are more pictures of odds and ends.

Across the dresser is another dresser that is taller. This has nick-nakes on top, and the drawers are filled with summer clothes (in the summer, it's filled with winter clothes). Next to that is my television. On the shelf below it is my West Wing collection, Scrubs collection, and the first season to Psych. Above my television is another shelf that holds my Wicked things. This includes a little Wicked Witch doll I got at McDonalds, a Wicked book, a cup, a cookie, and the CD.

I have two closets. One big one, which is to the left when you walk into the room, and the other is to the right of the television. In front of this closet is my stuffed animal collection. There are A LOT of dolls.

In the center of the room is a chair that I often sit in, but mostly just throw my clothes on until I have time to put them away.
